Phase 1:Three minutes at cryogenic temperatures, the blood vessels in the skin's surface and muscle tissue constrict, forcing blood away from the peripheral tissues.

  • 3 minutes at -240 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Removal of toxins and imflammatory properties

  • The body's natural filtration system

Phase 2: REPLENISH after exiting the cryochamber, blood flows back to the peripheral tissues delivering oxygen, nutrients, and enzymes.

  • Oxygenated blood enriches skin and muscles

  • Muscle tissue begins to warm, increasing range of motion

Phase 3: RECOVER Over the next 48 hours, restoration or return to a former and better state or condition. Client-reported benefits include:

  • Increased: comfort, relief, and energy levels

  • Improved and shortened recovery times

Photombiomodulation (PBM)Therapy application of red and near-infrared light to tissue where there is degeneration or injury, to repair and reduce inflammation and pain. PMB Therapy works on the cellular level by reducing oxidative stress- accepted as the underlying trigger for most diseases and degenerative conditions, and a key component in the inflammatory phase of acute and chronic injuries.

Intended uses:

  • Restoration of motion to joints

  • Decreased post exercise soreness

  • Improved muscle performance

  • Adjunct to obesity as part of a diet and exercise

Clinically-proven benefits of red and near-infrared light:

  • Less pain and inflammation

  • Faster rate of recovery after injury

  • Reduced fat and cardiometabolic risk factors

  • Better sleep, less stress, and less depression

Compression therapy involves comfortable compression sleeves that enclose that give a deep, relaxing massage and rolling sensation that aid in recovery from training, competition and injury.

NormaTec’s patented Sequential Pulse Technology sets it apart from any other massage compression devices by synergistically combining three distinct massage techniques— Distal Release, Pulsing and Gradient Hold —to speed the body’s recovery process. Comfortable compression sleeves that enclose arms/shoulders, the low back/hips and legs give a deep, relaxing massage and rolling sensation that aid in recovery from training, competition and injury.
